(Kate Beckinsale)
There was a woman named Abigail Heart who was 25 years old. She was turned into a vampire in 1450 when Her family was mutilated at the hands of vampires with eyes as red as the evil spawn they were created to be. Abigail shared a quaint home amidst a small farm with her husband Dylan and eight children; two sets of twin boys and four girls. Late one night after a fruitful day of harvesting the land she lay sleeping blissfully in her warm bed next to her husband; her children were tucked in safe and sound. At least that was Abigail thought; how was she to know any better? There had never been any violence seen beforehand. With her oblivious in much needed slumber those monsters stole into their home and mutilated her babies one by one. Dylan had heard something eventually and had awakened Abigail to caution her to be safe while he checked on the situation at hand. Though he wanted Abigail to stay where she was she refused; those were her children out there in possible danger. No sooner than they were to go check the Evil had descended upon them. Abigail remembered the fear; the crippling fear that coursed through her body as she knew that she was to follow her children to a better place. That was not to be the case for two vampires, complete polar opposites of the evil that had plagued them like a cantankerous sore, rushed to their defense. They destroyed the wickedness and although it was past the saving grace for Abigail and Dylan’s children, some higher power saw fit to save them from the evil that had once overcome them. Their saving grace was in the topaz eyes of their rescuers. The Golden eyed vampires instructed Abigail and her husband on what is was to be a vampire and how to lead a life above killing innocent humans by living off the blood of animals. Once they gained control of themselves they bid farewell to the wonderful people who saved them and shown them a new path. Abigail’s desire was to try and start anew. For a while things went well but the ache in Abigail’s heart would not subside. She missed her children dearly; them and her husband were what made life worth living. She thought she could manage but twenty years had taken its toll on her. Dylan knew of his wife’s sadness and it crushed him. Her happiness was always his guiding force. One day he chanced upon a house that was ablaze and a young man lying on the ground. The poor lad was dying so Dylan turned him and brought him home to Abigail hoping that he would help to mend their hearts. It was a tremendous feeling for Abigail to have a family again. It made her heart swell and brought forth a twinkle in her eyes. As the years passed her family became what it once was; Abigail, her husband, four boys, four girls. Their stories come later; another time and place. Abigail found out she had the ability to create an immense calming aura when Dylan brought their first son home. She found that when she was around her son was impervious to the pain he was going through. It was as if she was the pain reliever he had been seeking. While she stayed with him he just smiled at her and held her hand tightly; never once moving. He never once grimaced or cried out in pain until she left. She thought it to be a coincidence yet as their children gained in numbers she realized that every child never once endured pain while she was with them. She found that no matter the individual; if they were in pain and around her they never once felt it until she left their presence.Abigail is now living in Diamond Bluff with her husband, Dylan, and her eight children, and is spending her time working at the school as the on duty nurse. She found that having the ability to calm people and ease their pain was great ability to have as a medical professional. So she went to school continuously; every fifteen years or so she would go back through nursing school all over again to improve her skills as a nurse. She also chose to work at the school to be closer to her husband and children. They found a place they could call home for the next five years and she wanted to make the most of it being around her children and sharing her gift with the population. Abigail likes to read by a lit fireplace, cherish and mother her children, and enjoys when her husband takes her dancing or out on the town but doesn’t like stuck up snotty chidren, crimson eyed vampires and when someone disrespects her husband or children. The good thing about Abigail is She is a compassionate, caring, and kind person. She always gives all of her heart and devotion to anyone in need of it. She loves everyone equally; there are no favorites with her. , but the bad thing is She still has a crippling fear of crimson eyed vampires. Every time she sees them she is frozen in fear. Her husband DYlan has tried to help her through it all but she can never escape the fear the shook her to her very soul that horrible night.. And thats Abigail's story, She desires a break for her family. One where they don’t always have to pick up and leave like all the times before. She hopes that this community they have joined will welcome them with open and arms and embrace them; not shy away from them as all the prior communities have done before. Abigail wants the next five years to hold something meaningful for her children and husband. They are her world and their happiness is the only thing that she desires. They may have once been monsters, but she refuses to let that define who they are. They will overcome this rotten hand of life that they have been given and will turn it into happiness. She just knows they will.

Abigail enjoyed the early mornings here the beautiful frontier of Canada. The mornings were crisp. The sky always held a magnificent hue. The cabin always seemed to be immersed in rich shades of blue, orange, pink, and red. They swirled about the sky as if to dance in the morning. It was during this time that Abigail loved to sit out on the porch and read the latest book she found interesting. This time it was a young adult novel on vampires. She always found them amusing because they were always completely off base from what vampires truly were. There was nothing beautiful about being what they were. No matter how hard they tried to be good, in the end they were monsters; albeit it very compassionate monsters who denied their very nature to be less than so. Humans were just ever in love with the idea of everlasting youth an beauty. It wasn’t everything though. Abigail couldn’t even begin to imagine what her existence would be if she did not have her husband and her children ere with her.
Abigail shuddered at all the possibilities that loomed through her head as a result of reading the nonsense in front of her. She created a dog ear in the book and closed it, rising from her chair and wandered her way inside. From the sounds she heard emanating in the master bedroom her husband was up and no doubt getting ready for another day as headmaster of the town school. She loved to listen to him get ready. He always had a smile on his face and a tune to hum. Smiling as she walked in Abigail went up to him and gave him a dear kiss to the cheek. “Good morning Mr. Wonderful” she said grinning the whole time. She slipped into the bathroom and readied herself for the day, putting on Medical scrubs and a jacket. She twisted her hair up into a bun and slowly a few wisps of hair made its way back down to frame her face. Now she was ready as well.
